  99.                No throttle is used in Rebel Assault so it doesn't matter, just have [ x ]

  103.                No other buttons are required for the game.
  104.      Rebel Assault setup:
  105.                Choose "Joystick" for controller
  106.                From the the Main menu, select:  Game Options then set Control Device to   
  107.                "Joystick" and set Game Difficulty to "Easy".
  108.      Hint:  The joystick movements will be slightly delayed, so make small joystick  
  109.                movements and wait for the reaction.

  111. Microsoft Flight Simulator 4.0
  112.            You must install the provided "MS Flight Simulator 4.0 Patcher.  
  113.            Do Not Delete the setting for "Microsoft Flight Si..." in FSP Control Panel,  New
  114.            Applic. can not renew it.  You will have to re-copy Flightstick Pro Prefs form
  115.            this diskette, this will lose all the other personalized setting already there.

  132.    Flight Simulator 4.0 setup:
  133.           Always choose "Edit" from the menu, then "Mouse" and set "Yoke Sensitivity" 
  134.           and "Yoke Null Zone" to "1" (all the way to the left).  This must be done 
  135.           everytime you play because Microsoft doesn't save it.
  136.           When in the cockpit, press and hold "Command" and press "M" to activate 'Mouse
  137.                   as Yoke".   "Command M" again will bring the mouse control back.
